In the intimate ambience of a house concert, we share the songs set to the powerful and haunting poetry of contemporary Chinese worker poet Xu Lizhi. A synergy of global and classical music, these songs, performed in Mandarin, offer a vivid glimpse into life on the assembly line of countless workers who provide the amenity for our digital age.
